How To Send A Useful Message
Use the Contact Us form when you need to ask about a public app page, search result, download route, policy, subscription, or review. For inaccurate information, describe the public statement that needs review without submitting confidential account records. The website may reject spam, threats, malware, or requests that expose another person’s private information.
How A Site Issue Is Investigated
Contact requests are reviewed according to the selected topic, the page involved, and whether the website has enough information to investigate. A request may be rejected if it contains spam, malicious code, threats, impersonation, or another person’s private information. Response times can vary according to the type and complexity of the request.
How Contact Data Is Used
An email address may be needed to identify a contact request, subscription, FAQ question, or review connected to the requester. The email supplied in a contact form is not intended for public display. The website cannot protect information that a visitor independently sends to an unrelated third-party service.
